Cottage

The cottage is a tastefully converted victorian  semi detached property, it  was formerly the  Old Parish Church rooms, converted in 2006.

Lounge

The lounge is a cosy space with two 2 seater sofas, pouffe and a TV . There is the luxury of underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, plus the lounge has the addition of an electric fire. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washer. Within the kitchen there is a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. A large cupboard in the kitchen which store an ironing board, iron, clothes airer and cleaning equipment.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom is a nice sized room with an ornate double bed, a wardbrobe and a chest of drawers. There are glass side tables with a lamp at each side of the bed.

There are numerous double electric socket within the bedroom.


Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed, there is a side table and a bedside lamp. There is a clothes rack with wooden hangers and a chest of drawers on the landing. 

Within the room there is a double electric socket. 

Garden

The secure garden is south facing gravelled area with seating.

 Serendipity cottage has the convenience of private off street parking right by the cottage gate. This is a great bonus in Castleton village as most properties can only offer street parking.  You can relax in the knowledge that your guaranteed space will be waiting for you.

The nearest electric charging point is at Guisborough, 9 miles away.
